WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOME
Amazing views of the city and mountains!!! Very few homes offer either a mountain or city view, this home is the gold standard and offers both with its unobstructed views of the city and Cheyenne Mountain. It is one of the best in Colorado Springs for this very low price/sg ft compared to the other homes in the Broadmoor Bluffs area. Walk out basement and huge backyard with natural landscaping. Visit during the day and come back again in the evening to experience the city lights from 3 decks. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's delight.
