Description of Services: I support and serve Military Relocation/PCS Moves. I assist with finding rentals, as well as helping you buy or sell your home. I often work with out of country and out of state moves. I help you with video tours and sending you the video I create by walking the home personally and giving you feedback. Buying or renting sight unseen is difficult so this service has been valuable to my clients. I strive to serve the military in the way that you serve us. I am grateful for the sacrifices military families make and work hard to lessen the stresses involved with finding your new home in your new town. Experience: I began my real estate career in 1981 on the lending side, processing residential and commercial properties in Southern CA for 10 years. Interest rates were 15-17% at the time, we were in the countries biggest recession. After a 30+ year career in the Fitness Industry as Regional/Divisional leadership with YMCA and 24 Hour Fitness I came back to real estate in 2016 serving my community helping people ground themselves into our gorgeous town of Colorado Springs and our surrounding areas. Every real estate transaction is someones life story, I know I "Change Lives One Home At A Time" and I absolutely love what I do.
