In District 20 schools also comes with its own backyard and large shed for storage. Jacuzzi tub in bathroom 5 minutes from north Air Force Academy gate and I-25 along with Walmart and King Suppers. There is lots of Restaurants to choose from along with Bass Pro shop. 20 minutes to Fort Carson, walking distance to Fox Run Park that has a nice big dog park lots of hiking, bike, and horse trails with a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. You will also be 15-minute drive to fishing and boating at Monument Lake. PS if I am not using my kayaks feel free to borrow them.
This is more like a duplex then a basement apartment nothing is shared it has its own laundry rm water heater and furnace I will be working on making its own fenced back yard and personal parking in the spring. average cost of utilities in this area is $180 to $200 a month without wifi or trash.

So come see the beautiful place I built and my quit Wood Hood neighborhood and all my animal friends that live here with us. Pet upon approval and there will be an extra monthly fee.
