Experience: As a dedicated real estate agent, Eunice’s priority is to guide you in buying, selling, or renting your first or next home. As your trusted advisor, advocate, consultant, and negotiator, Eunice will use her problem-solving skills and precise attention to detail to help navigate the step-by-step process of the most important, life-changing, and sometimes emotional purchase.
For the last 15 years, Eunice and her family have been honored to live, work, and serve alongside military families and the homeschool communities in Germany, Sierra Leone, and South Korea, where she served as founder/director of the Humphreys Area Homeschool Co-op.
When Eunice isn’t working on her real estate, she loves exploring interior design, organizing her home, making it a beautiful sanctuary, and planning events for family and friends. Her heart’s joy is spending time with her husband of 29 years and three amazing children. With Eunice’s background of over a decade in the mortgage industry and being a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Eunice is specifically trained to work with active-duty military, DoD civilians, veterans, and their families moving in and out of Northern Virginia.
