Description of Services: Command Properties is a military spouse owned and operated real estate brokerage. We specialize in the careful management of homes owned by members of the military, veterans, and other government personnel who are stationed throughout the US and abroad. Command also helps owners sell their properties and they are uniquely skilled at preparing and listing the home for sale while the owner is out of the area.
Experience: Angie formed Command Properties in 2013 after years of PCS moves and being a "landlord by default". She was frustrated by the lack of quality service and care in the property management industry. She is a licensed real estate broker with over 14 years of professional experience, and over 30 years as a landlord and real estate investor. Angie employs military spouses with their families serving over 115 years combined including countless PCS moves. Command Properties currently manages over 200 million in individually owned assets all throughout Northern Virginia.
