of your transaction morning or night. For my sellers, I do a comprehensive market analysis. We discuss real estate trends and what to expect based on the property's condition, staging for sale, and more.
For my buyers, we review the above and add topics like potential resale value, school rating, commuter options, and more. I can assist with choosing the right lender and navigating the loan process. We'll also discuss how I can be of service even after the purchase.
