Experience: I have 30 years of construction experience beginning in the trenches with foundations and framing for 10 years. I slowly moved into additions and remodeling. I built my first house in 2006 which was a 3,500 square feet, one story, all brick home. It wasn't difficult. I just built beyond my budget.
