SPEND A FEW WEEKS AT THE BEST BEACH!

I am retired military and have rented weekly on VRBO for 7 years. Last year's price was over $6000/week when you add in all fees: ( $625/night base + cleaning, + state & local taxes, + VRBO processing fees).

I have left VRBO and hoping to find families who might be in transition or just wanting to spend some quality time at the best beach this summer or fall. I am asking for a 2 week minimum (4 week maximum) at a deep discount of $2000/week + $500 one time charge cleaning + liability waiver. + refundable damage deposit. Pets highly discouraged, but willing to discuss.

After Labor Day rates drop to $1500/week with same 2-4 week stay. window.

This is a great 5-bedroom home within 2 minutes walking distance of the beach. 2 rooms have queen beds and 3 bedrooms have twin beds. We had all 5-star reviews last year. Utilities paid, all linens, towels and beach equipment provided.

Remaining dates available are 19-June-31 July, and 24 August - 24 October.
