It's a 1 mile walk to King Street Old Town Metro station and the VRE/Amtrak station. There is a Dash bus stop right in front of the building for route 34, ending at Potomac Yard Metro. There is a one spot available in the HOA parking lot, or free street parking on the block. With easy access to both Route 1, the GW Parkway, and I-495 it's easy to drive just about anywhere. Pentagon is a 15-minute drive or 45 minute walk/metro. Fort Belvoir and Joint Base Andrews are both a 25 minute drive. The Mt Vernon Trail is 5-10 minutes away by bike, depending on where you jump on.
