The air is filtered with a Hypo-Allergen filter and an HVAC Ultraviolet (UV) light to assist with a cleaner air environment. Our guests enjoy the THREE (3) BEDROOM SUITES (also with a half-bath (3.5 baths in total)), which quickens morning and evening outings / "get-ready" routines!

We are located in downtown San Antonio's coveted Tobin Hill District, .7 miles from the Pearl Brewery, Farmer's Market, restaurants and shopping. EASY ACCESS to all major highway entrance/exits, close to riverwalk, restaurants and shopping.

PARKING: Drive directly up to 210 BNB's front door! It is one (1) townhome of three (3) townhomes on property. The owner lives on nearby if needed. The property is a three-story townhome (sleeps 6) with a private driveway directly in front of property (two car spaces only). No public parking on street due to proximity to city buildings. If more than two cars are present, additional free public parking is available on public side street/s or paid parking is available directly across the street for approximately $6.00/day.

HOME ACCESS: Self-access is made easy at the front-door through a private-access pin-code provided to guest prior to set arrival time.

VIDEO MONITORING:Video cameras are located on outside front of property and are visible to guests, which are used for guest safety purposes and criminal deterrence.

LIVING AREA: The first flight of stairs takes you to the 2nd story which is an open, colorful kitchen, dining, and living room area. There is also a dedicated workstation (with color LED ring light for smartphone streaming) for travelers to get business done. Guests can also choose to spend some time outside on a covered balcony (no climbing on balcony). A modern full front-load washer and dryer set is on this level. Enjoy Amazon Alexa for time, weather, or music (optional), if not needed feel free to mute or unplug the Alexa device.

THREE (3) BEDROOM SUITES:

Bedroom Suite 1 (two guests): The first floor was designed with one bedroom and full bath for guests to enjoy. The bunk bed has a full (below) and twin (above) to sleep two people comfortably. Each bed has two pillows, a comfortable mattress, and plush linens, giving you the comfort of a great night's sleep. The full-bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser.

The second set of stairs takes guests to two (2) bedrooms on the third (3rd) floor:

Bedroom Suite 2 (two guests): Full bed, closet with premium shirt/pant hangers, private bathroom with tub and shower, with soap/shampoo dispenser and other amenities. The full bed has a comfortable mattress and plush linens, giving you the comfort of a great night's sleep after exploring our beautiful city.

KING SUITE Bedroom 3 (two guests): King bed, TV with remote (Disney+ subscription (provided), and access to your favorite apps such as Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Max, Showtime,
