Very safe and kid friendly neighborhood.
There are Young Apple, Pear, Peach, Nut trees in back and front yard with front yard grapevines that are just delicious. All for you maintained by you to make your family life full and abundant including the 30 year old privacy fence that will occasionally require new board after the notorious Clarksville Storms, but uou can install with the equipment in the newly built Brick Shed. The house is far enough off the main road so you don’t panic if the dog gets out of the yard and front yard big enough they don’t desire to leave but lay around under the big tree and watch you wax the minivan.
I encourage you to look up all the local Facebook Groups. It’s a nice area with retired military, police, school teachers, VA & Local factory workers, all wonderful people who will welcome you and your family into the neighborhood.
You are welcome to bring in and there is a lot of room for additional storage sheds for your military gear, room for your boat, Rv, Camper, Motorcycle, the concrete large driveway that is connected to the patio is good for kids toy-mobiles, with the community kids playing in the fields, walking and riding their bikes, skateboards in the road (Heritage Park 1.4 miles away has a professionally developed skateboard, water, ball and dog park). The school bus stop is right at the corner which is in visual distance from the front porch.
Home is close 5 minutes to Post, Walmart, gas, lowes, schools, theater, dining, with a short drive to downtown Clarksville Park which has boat ramp/boat storage, fishing, on/off post hospitals, Urgent Care, Chiropractor, Dental and VA Clinic support services and Clarksville has weekend riverside events. Nashville is an hour drive for Grand Ole Opry, Music City events…
