  Moving can be stressful and I had the most amazing experience with Middletown Storage. The staff, especially Pat, went out of their way to accommodate any need I had. Their new Storage facility is pristine and I have total faith my cherished things will be safe and secure. I recommend them highly for service beyond expectations and kindness.

  Middletown Self Storage has been phenomenal. The staff is incredibly nice and professional, always ready to help with a great attitude. One of the things we've appreciated most is how easy it is to access our unit - everything is convenient and straightforward. Our belongings have been stored in excellent condition thanks to the clean, dry, and climate-controlled environment. It’s been a worry-free experience from start to finish. We would happily use Middletown Self Storage again and highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, safe storage.

  I’ve rented space here since the pandemic. Have never seen a cleaner storage facility with nicer customer service representatives! Not only are you always greeted with a smile but snacks and water are always offered. Love these guys!
