7 days. The Eagle's Nest is a 30-acre property, all woods, where we carved out 28 spots for houses and mobile homes. Each home has at least 1 acre of wooded land around it, so that you live serenely peaceful. There are 2 miles of paved roads throughout the property, as well as a paved parking area at each home. The entire 30-acres are surrounded by a security wall with 2 entrances with iron gates. The Eagle's Nest gives you a "country-club" setting at "trailer park" prices. Our rents are the lowest in the area, simply because we are not greedy. Our military tenants can easily save half of their BAH. We are located 10 minutes from Courthouse Bay and Stone Bay where MARSOC is now based. We have no lease. We do not allow pets.
