Experience: As a licensed Realtor® in North Carolina, my real estate career began in my 15th of 21 years of service in the Army (mostly referrals). After military retirement in 2003 and three years as a government contractor, I transitioned to civil service (GS) as a cybersecurity specialist for the United States Army Special Operation Command (USASOC) before my second retirement in November 2022. During that time, I continued my real estate education pursuit by working for multiple real estate companies and absorbing valuable experience before deciding to open "Perry and Associates Realty Inc." in 2015. Today, Perry and Associates are built on dedication, communication, determination, and trust while embodying the ability to cater to and adapt to all clients’ real estate needs.
