Welcome to NCBC Gulfport!

This Mississippi duty station is home to the Atlantic Fleet Seabees. What do they do, exactly? They provide support to the Naval Construction Force Units, including Amphibious Construction Fleet Units and Maritime Prepositioning Force (enhanced), as well as other organized units deployed from or based out of NCBC Gulfport.

And what a location! Situated near the coastline this base gives military families prime access to a handful of beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. But as exciting as the beaches might be, this area is home to the Gulf Islands Water Park, Discovery Center, and is close to New Orleans, which means that there’s more to do here than dig your toes in the sand — making it a fun duty station for all!
