I work with purchase of all types of Real Estate, including short sales and foreclosures. I can assist members with the purchase and subsequent sale or rental of investments if circumstances change.
I'm educated on a wide range of financing options outside of just VA financing. Grant funds and programs offer a plethora of opportunity for new and repeat buyers.
I offer rental services as a tenant agent. I will accompany you to tour, assist with the application and lease process, and be present for a walk-through on the day of your transition.
