• SINGLE OCCUPANT ONLY per room - Prefer Military, DOD, or
Traveling Nurses
• Rent for each Room: $850 per month for Room #1
$850 per month for Room #2
• Security Deposit: one month's rent per room
• A cleaning fee of $50 per month is charged per person to cover
the cleaning of all common areas and bathrooms
• All utilities: water, electricity, trash, gas and high speed internet
included with rent. If working from home, an additional cost for
usage & equipment may be charged.
• You provide your own toiletries . Household items are bought
amongst roommates
• TWO ROOMS are available NOW- But move-in date is
negotiable
• Leasing: Month-to-month with a minimum stay of (3) months
• Meet and greet is required to be considered
• Must pass credit and background check, no evictions
• House mates will have access to the whole home but limited access
to the basement and the owners' area
• Storage is offered in the Basement only – Limited to two clear
storage containers and two suitcases (Negotiable)
• Current house mates are professionals who are respectful,
considerate and clean.
• Both rooms SHARE a FULLY EQUIPED bathroom
• Room #1 is approx. 12’x12’ with a good size closet, Room #2
approx. 11'x12' with a walk-in closet
• Each Room comes completely furnished with a high quality
Queen Size bed, desk and chair, night stands and lamps
• Bed linens, pillows and towels can be offered if needed
• No Pets
• Not a party environment
• No overnight guests allowed

• Each applicant pays a Background Check fee of $40 directly to the Background Check company. In that way your personal information remains safe and secure. A link will be provided at application time
