You will be surprised at how nice the house is on the inside!
Tan walls with white trim throughout. Includes blinds, washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher, disposal, built in microwave and fridge 25 sq ft side by side (ice/water-door).
Hunter ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. Can lights throughout the house. Adjustable shelves in the closets. Very efficient water heater with controls located on top of the unit to help save money on your power bill.
Floors are a hard lineolium. Yard not fenced in. Covered Parking is located in the back of the house due to large oak trees in the front yard. There is parking in the front for guests with a sign identifying where to park.
There is a very large deck, approximate size, 15x15, on the back of the house. The deck has a ramp which makes for ease of moving furniture in and out of the house.
Owners live right next door and is retired from the Navy as a corpsman and served in Vietnam. Very military friendly. Daughter manages the house is also a veteran and served in the Air Force.
