This newly renovated townhouse is 12 miles from MacDill Airforce Base depending on traffic and using the Selmon Expressway. This St Charles Place Townhome community is right off US Hwy 301 in Riverview and close to grocery stores, gas stations, lots of shopping and restaurants. The Brandon Mall is only 15 minute drive from the house.

It is an HOA community but those fees are covered in the rent. There is a community pool which has also been recently updated. The dues that are paid will cover the water/sewer/trash pick up and lawn maintenance which is great because you won't have to water or mow the lawn. Anything being kept on the patios/porches need to be approved by HOA but if you keep the patio furniture I have then no approval process necessary. This unit does not have a garage but there is no assigned parking and the 3 spaces in front of the unit never have anyone in them so they are all yours.

This townhouse is an end unit which has more windows and square footage than an interior unit and it's nestled on a lot with a pond with lots of wildlife viewable from the patio. The neighbors are nice and neighborhood is quiet and safe for kids to play. Lots of dog walkers. This unit is pet friendy upon the approval of the breed and will require a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Security deposit will be refunded upon move out if place is the way you found it. The rental term is negotiable. 6 mo to year lease is prefered. Willing to leave furnishings if you would like. I will take whatever you don't want to use.

As you enter the downstairs has a small powder bath with new vanity/sink for guests. Front entry wall is shiplaped and has a coat hook for dog leashes. Living room has a built in entertainment center and leather sectional sofa that reclines and has a chaise lounge. Kitchen/dining/bar has all been updated with new Wellborn cabinets, Pompeii quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Island has a peninsula for bar seating. Dining has a banquette and the table/chairs fit the area perfect so I can leave that behind too. The bar is a coffee/wine bar set up with a small sink, beverage cooler and glass cabinet with glass shelves for bar glasses. There is a large sliding glass door to the back patio which recently had new slab poured so its larger than most in the community and has a outdoor dining set for 6 and umbrella for shade that I can also leave. There is a storage shed out back I can leave for any planting/gardening items if you want to bring plants.

Another fun storage feature is there is a large storage closet under the stairs with a full pantry cabinet with roll outs and shelving to the ceiling to house misc or holiday decor etc but I also have attic access and things can be stored up there if needed. The stairs are the only thing not finished. They are still carpeted. I can go ahead and finish them after tenant moves out but for an additional security deposit or if you are keeping all furniture. I don't want new floors damaged moving furniture in and out.

Upstairs there is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a laundry closet. None of the closets have doors on them. They are trimmed with molding and have closet systems installed in all 3. Laundry has a Samsung washer and dryer which is a large capacity top load set and even though this is in a hall closet, it's very functional with a cabinet, shelf, cubbies above with baskets and a hangrod for drying.

The master suite is large enough to fit a king size bed and a few dressers. The bathroom was gutted and redone with new walk in shower with floor to ceiling tile, shower niche, and glass shower door. Master furnishings can also be left if required. Front bedrooms are different sizes. One much larger than the other but both make for great kids rooms or could function as an office. Beds in these rooms are a double and a twin trundle with a loft, all furniture is white so could be for boys or girls room. The secondary bathroom has a standard tub but vanity is also new like the rest of the house.

This townhouse is unlike anything you have ever seen and way nicer than most in this community. It is convenient, comfortable, cozy and in my opinion has a top notch design you won't find anywhere else.
