Location, Location Location is great!

There is no sign in the yard. House has received a significant makeover. Read through description for list of new items.

Lawn cutting is included with the rent. You need to pick up the pine cones in the back. Lawn guy is not required to pick them up. That is all you need to do to care for the exterior. Yard was recently aerated.

Internet is included with the house for the first year. This an $80 a month value via AT&T fiber net . The sprinkler system is now internet enabled along with an Wi-Fi enabled Ecobee /Bryant thermostat. After the first year you must get your own internet service.

Open floor plan with split bedroom design. Living room/kitchen has vaulted ceiling. Master bathroom has large garden tub.

This is a turn key ready house! What does that mean? Blinds are hanging in every window, no need for curtains. Cabinets and drawers have shelf liners. New toilet seats for tenant to unbox and install and toss or take with them when they PCS.

Everything works very well. Whirlpool 25 cubic foot, side by side fridge with ice/water in door. New water filter and additional water filter for the second half of the year.

New GE smooth top oven with self clean feature and new Whirlpool microwave oven. Three year old Whirlpool dishwasher.

Washable/reusable A/C filters are provided. Along with a twice a year check on the A/C system by White Sands A/C of Pensacola.

Hunter ceiling fans in all four bedrooms along with a ceiling fan in the living room.

Laundry room is configured for a stackable washer and dryer and can accept the regular side by side washer and dryer.

Sprinkler system with a lawn pump enclosed by brick and covered by metal to prevent freezing. No draining of the lawn pump prior to freezing weather. Father and Sons weed and feed monthly for the yard along with aeration once a year to bring the lawn back. The sprinkler system timer burnt up and no one noticed so the yard is not looking pretty. The new WiFi enabled timer was just installed two weeks ago.

Additional cabinets built in the dining room for storage and for use as a buffet.

Double car garage with a new garage door opener. Just installed two weeks ago. Also has adjustable Closetmaid shelves on both sides of garage for storage. Back patio is 10x10 foot.

Hurlburt Field is the closest base.

ALDIs is less than a five minute drive at 1.5 miles.. Walmart is around a 6 minute drive from the house.

Navarre Beach is also a short five minute drive.

1800 hundred square foot heated and cooled interior with an attached 465 square foot 2 car garage.
