We have loved living in this spacious 3160 sq/ft home while being stationed here as a faculty member at USAFA. Unfortunately, the military says I have to move on to the next assignment...The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful, while at the same time having easy access to everything you'd ever need or want. With 5 bedrooms and lots of space outside, as well, our family of 7 has always had plenty of space to sleep, eat, cook, and play. Pics of the backyard are forthcoming, as we've had some bad weather recently. However, backyard has a beautifully re-done deck/pergola, perfect for grilling and outdoor eating, as well as a large fire pit area and some kids play sets.
4 bedrooms are upstairs, to include the master suite, with a huge space, vaulted ceilings, a big walk-in closet, and a large bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are also much larger than the standard bedrooms featured in newer build homes and have closets and easy access to the other upstairs bathroom and laundry.
Down in the basement, there's a big family room area, where we have our TV. There's also a large guest bedroom down there, and its own bathroom, complete with shower for your guests' comfort. Also in the basement is a nice-sized storage area in a closet that houses the AC and water heater.
All stainless appliances in the kitchen and a new AC unit in 2021. New roof and new pergola in fall of 2023. New carpet in 2022, which will be professionally cleaned after we have moved out.
