This meditative "Spiritual Space" provides privacy, a washer/dryer, wifi, air conditioner / potbelly wood burning stove, modern appliances, a work area, 5 gallons of purified drinking water on a dispensary, an iron & board; crockpot, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, cups, utensils, toaster oven, electric grill, solar panels, bargeque grill, supplies, outside garden hose, motion detector light...adventures, a dog house outside, private driveway to accommodate 2 vehicles inside the 6'gated area on the outersides / 2 four feet fence on the inner side, there is also parking outside the 6" gate as well.
We're located in a rural ranch area at the end of 2 intersecting streets near BLM property where the desert mountains, come alive, the sky delights with a continuous moving story that allows you to surrender, feel peace; work and grow, unwind and play, live and learn.
The separate libraries inside (living room & bedroom for children's books) along with a few games and activities are added bonuses to living in The Spiritual Space. It's uplifting signs, Covid cleaned environment and well stocked spaces provides everything to make you feel at home away from home. The house has murals on 3 outsides walls, and plenty of gated yard room for you and your pet(s) to hang out. Your nearest neighbors (2) are across the road(s) each on their 5 acre lots. I'm about 300 yards away west, however you will rarely see me except perhaps buring compose or on pre trash day (Thursday) when I bring 2 bins toward you by the 4'fence. Trash is picked up by Burtec Waist on Fridays. The grey bin is for recyclables & the maroon trash bin is for garbage. You have a tin trash can east of TSS for animal poop and if your inside trash cans get filled up prior. I will leave the 2 big bins by your gate on Thursdays in preparation for Friday.
There is a white board to guide you to linens, supplies; it also provides instructions on operating the appliances....manuels and the wifi code are above the blue workstation in the holder.
It is safe to hike directly from your gate in either direction or drive out to nearby sites like Giant Rock, The Interetron, Gueble's Orchard, The Joshua Tree Nation Reserves, Big Bear(1 hr), Las Vegas (3 hrs.).
Other appliances & the like (bread maker, microwave, coffee maker, larger ironing board,) are available by texting me. I will leave it on the bench outside the house or on your side of the gate.
The patio is furnished, can seat 6 people and has a smaller tin can with cover for your compose (anything that comes from the soil + egg shells, hair, fish bones, scales....) The white plastic container is for your recyclables. I am willing to collect these items to bury the compose & sort the recyclables or let me know if you prefer to do it.
I do have a rescue Chihuahua / mini Pincher who does bark often. He is mostly confined to my front gated yard or in the house. I do let him out in the mornings when I am out caring for my small aviary of birds which are located south of my house, so you will hear them occasionally chatting & singing.
You may arrive at your convince, I will have the gate unlocked and even the front door; you will find the key inside.
I've traveled extensively in the past, and lived outside of the country on many trips; so I know what I appreciated having as accommodations. The peace, clarity and information was important to me.
