We are a military family that has received orders to move. Our next duty station is a 3 year contract. We fly out on Sept 23rd. I posted the ad with an available date of October 1st just incase the home needs any kind of maintenance before you move in. So if you needed an earlier move-in date that is certainly possible.

The home has an outdoor hot/cold shower, a zipline, 15 fairy doors painted in the trees, the home is set up for composting & planting if you wanted to utilize it. And if you ask our kids they'll tell you that real pirates bury their treasure overnight during summer for them to dig up the next day. We have a play deck, walking trails, playhouse, swing, 17' long slide, patio for lounging & sand box.

Of the entire surrounding community this house has the shortest walking path to the beach. It's just a 5 minute walk. The start of the walk is along a beautifully landscaped path that you will have a key to gain access to.

The street that we are on is 1 street. Meaning there is virtually no traffic because very few people live here in our gated street. Additionally the home is at the end of the culdasac; so even less vehicle traffic. Our home does not have any neighbors on the left, right, or behind. Plus we only have 2 other houses that share the driveway. In contrast; the other driveways have 4-5 homes on them, with houses on every side. It is the ultimate in seclusion/privacy.

1 room + 1 bathroom in the house has the ocean view where you can see the gorgeous sunset each night, feel the strong ocean breeze & at night when the earth is quiet the acoustics allow you to hear the waves crashing on the shore.

The garage is large. My neighbors park 1 car in theirs, so i'm not sure if it would fit 2 cars. There is an abundance of available street parking. There are 2 large overhead storage spaces in the garage for your use.

There is a beautifully landscaped walking trail that you'll have a key to access. There is also a community pool/Jacuzzi, volleyball court with real grass, basketball courts & tennis.

We are looking for residents who are non-smokers who have a credit score 700 or higher.
