Understanding where the servicemember will report for duty at Quantico will best help incoming families determine where to live. Those working on the south end of the main side near the MCX and the commissary or stationed on the training side of the base should consider a home in Stafford or Aquia Harbor. Although the commute parallels rush-hour traffic, proximity to the base should offset the inconvenience.

Those working on the north side near the main gate, Triangle, Dumfries, Montclair, and even Woodbridge, can offer great communities to consider.
