Extremely nice and convenient to everything location. Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Aldi, breweries, restaurants within walking distance, bars/restaurants/interstate/beach nearby. Neighborhood is off the main road and quiet/residential. A hidden treasure of a location if you will. You'll drive 1 minute to access the interstate 264 from Laskin Road.
Rent includes the use of the bathroom attached to your room , large tub/shower and bedroom with large closet, a queen bed, TV, 5 drawer dresser, a nightstand, 4 storage benches, large mirror, chair (ottoman on request),Roku and subscription access/use, high speed internet, 2 windows in a corner room at far end of house. If you do not need furnished, we can make arrangements to move my things out and move yours in. Rent would be an additional 90.00 if you decide to bring your own furniture as I would need to rent a unit for the current furnishings in the room.
There is very limited additional storage in another room. The large landscaped backyard features a large deck, paver patio, fire pit, several lounge chairs, and it is fenced in with plants galore.
Parking is either on the street or to the left of the driveway depending on your vehicle. Utilities (power, water, sewage) are included in rent. Includes use of fully equipped galley kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, etc. This home is clean and well kept, quiet 90% of the time. I do ask renters for quiet after 10:30pm.
Rent is negotiable based on living arrangements and furnished/unfurnished (do you like to cut grass? We can make a deal :) There is also a bus stop within walking distance in my safe quiet neighborhood close to EVERYTHING. I have had several roommates stay here in the past (I usually rent to travel medical professionals) and we are friends to this day. I can offer a Facetime video tour if pre-arranged and can also show the place in person. There may be another renter as well, and a small outdoor cat, friendly to humans.
I do ask for a background check to be completed and a credit report through TransUnion Smart Move which runs around $40.00 which would be your responsibility, non-refundable, at the time of application. This house is very cozy and friendly. The living room has a 65" television you are welcome to use when I am not home, which is often. Hope to hear from you!
