About the house: This is an end unit town home in Alexandria, Virginia. It is 2.5 bath, three bedroom. We would share the kitchen and living room (although I am not in them much) as well as the dryer and washing machine. There is also a nice deck and front porch if you enjoy grilling.

The room: The basement room has its own full bath and back entrance. There is a closet with storage space under the stairs. The picture more or less says it all. Nothing too fancy but great for someone just looking for a room and to save money. I also have a small room upstairs which I would be willing to rent for a fee if you need the storage space. There are also two HOA gyms and pools you would have access to. The gyms are actually pretty nice.

Location: My house is within a mile of Kingstowne shopping center. There are restaurants, a movie theater and several grocery stores. Two metro stops are within 2 or 3 miles (10 minute drive tops) and a bus stop which will take you right directly in front of the house. Old Town Alexandria is a ten minute drive and has lots of fun places to go. Pretty happening area.

Myself: I am a 41 year old veteran and now school teacher. No kids but do have a small dog. He is very nice and gets along with other animals. I enjoy working out, walking my dog, and chilling on my deck if it is nice out. Very low key these days and easy to get along with.

Anyway, this is a great place for someone looking to save money or be in a convenient location. It is only about a mile from Ft.Belvoir. If you have any questions just ask. Happy to work with you. Just no smoking inside or burning incense. The price includes all utilities and internet.
