Welcome to NAS Oceana Dam Neck Annex

Official Site: NAS Oceana Dam Neck Annex

The Dam Neck Annex is part of the Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana and is home to the Naval Surface Warfare Center's Fleet Combat Training Center, Atlantic. The training center strategically sits within a few short miles of 50 percent of the U.S. Fleet, enabling Dam Neck to be the only Naval Sea Systems Command that serves the U.S. Navy Fleet and coalition forces jointly with collaborative distributed technology.

Dam Neck Annex sits south of NAS Oceana on 3.5 miles of beautiful Atlantic beachline. Just five miles from downtown Virginia Beach, residents enjoy convenient access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Fun Fact; Dam Neck is where the first Jamestown settlers came ashore, and Blackbeard is rumored to have buried treasure here.
