Description of Services: Hello! My name is Chelsea. I am a licensed special education teacher, world traveler and mom to a busy preschooler. I grew up in a military family and then married into the military, so I have 34 years of combined experience with relocating to new areas, for a total of 10 moves (CONUS and OCONUS). My husband and I have owned our home in the Northern Virginia area for over 9 years. Since I am a homeowner and have also rented our property, I feel confident in advising other military families in the area. My area of expertise includes Springfield, Lorton, Alexandria, Burke, Old Town, Woodbridge.
