Property will be available around the 2nd to 4th of July. This beautiful home is located a short 15 minute drive to Fort Hood with nearby access to Highway 190. My children attended Nolanville Elementary School when we lived there. It's a great school. The home is located on a double cul-de-sac with no thru-traffic making it very quiet. There are quite a few restaurants in the nearby area as well as an H-E-B grocery store and plenty of shopping including a Target five minutes from the home. The home has hardwood floors throughout most of the house including the master bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms have tile. The master bathroom has a large beautiful country tub, a separate watercloset closet, and a large walk-in closet with some shelf and drawer storage. The three other bedrooms have carpet and two of them have walk-in closets. The two-car garage has a large attic area above the parking area with an additional two parking spaces outside just past the garage entrance. The primary property has been appraised for $230K. The additional lot is appraised for $30K. The home is located on two lots encompassing 0.657 acres. I own the vacant lot behind the house. Both lots are fenced in as one property making it a perfect place for pets and/or children to play in the lightly forested area giving you an exceptional amount of privacy in the backyard. The front of the house has three very mature trees with one being perfect for a tire-swing. My kids spent hours swinging on their tire-swing. Lots of other military and children in the subdivision. A one-year American Home Shield home warranty will be purchased for the new owner. For a rental new tenant, the same warranty will be in place and paid for by the owner. A small deductible is all that will be required to have any repair covered without having to go through me to have it scheduled. The house has been well maintained and the landscaping is beautifully well kept. Rent to own is a possibility after a one year lease...I'd have to throughly research the topic. Feel free to give me a call, text or email anytime. I'll be happy to give you further information.
