Our family has made our home our little castle. We are situated in the subdivision of KingsCrossing. There is a HOA and community activities, but the best advantage is the security it provides. Very family safe, off the main road, neighbors looking out for each other, and no fear of loud parties every weekend. SAFE.
The main access roads to the military installations require no traffic report check and low traffic times. There are also back roads to take to the two main installations.
We have easy access to shopping plaza's, restaurants, the airport, mall, car maintenance, schools, gyms, hospitals, urgent care clinics, post office, and the BEACH. Don't forget about our fishing!

CCISD (Corpus Christi School District) is now "year-round".
They are adapting to the new norm when it comes to COVID. Very family friendly school community, great with all sports/extracurricular activities. You also have the option to test into our "Gifted and Talented" Schools which their elementary school--Windsor Park is/was ranked #1 in the state of Texas.
Numerous "moms day out" programs are offered by local churches for the little ones.

Now to our castle. We all thrive in our home. As a mom with three in DLP/homeschooling, I LOVE my home.
Spacious two story family friendly home. Main bedroom located downstairs with huge walk-in closet and shoe space. The three other bedrooms located upstairs with a full bathroom, walk in closets in two of the three bedrooms. Upstairs also includes the loft--which I have turned into the children's "homeschooling" area--where all their school supplies/books/etc. are and homework is done and supervised.

Downstairs is our focus point, where the kitchen has been newly updated with a new refrigerator, dishwasher, wine frig, updated light fixtures/lighting, surround sound to play our country music ...and my pot rack..hanging perfectly so I don't have to search for them anymore...(I live in my kitchen lately.)

New carpet on stairs and second floor (don't worry, not white carpet) Downstairs we have replaced all the carpet with a heavy duty low maintenance modern "wood" vinyl.
Back door of our home leads into a outside screened in patio. From the patio you enter into our refreshing, vegetative, peaceful, secluded backyard.....where no one can over look into it from a second story floor...complete privacy!

Lemon tree, lime tree, orange tree, grapes, raised garden beds with tomato plants. Beautiful flowers and these amazing palm trees placed perfectly so they can block the afternoon sun while we swim in our refreshing pool.
The pool is my sanity with COVID and the heat here....pool gradually declines from submerged steps to 6.5ft deep. Between the pool basketball hoop, pool volleyball, swim races, and always a floating pink unicorn.....happy kids. Plus perfect for water aerobics and strengthening. Pool fence is available. Resurfaced three years ago with well maintained equipment.

Plus....we also have a backyard, not just a pool! Room to kick a ball or shoot some hoops, along with a swing set/fort/ climbing rope/ etc. Grass is treated for red ants yearly--huge benefit as those ants are mean. Water sprinklers work. Newly replaced side fence for more privacy.

New roof. New AC unit. Custom made easy to install Hurricane boards. We have little to no concern of flooding, not in a flood zone. Garage door already has been serviced. Water heater will be checked.

Thank you for considering our home. We truly have made it into our little castle. I didn't appreciate it until COVID and everything shutting down. Safety and privacy along with pink unicorn floaties and nighttime swims under the stars!
