The Home Tour Plus package allows you to guide your reader through your home with text and 40 photos. Description:

• Tell the little details why you love your home. Mention unique things about the home, neighborhood, and schools
• Mention transportation options such as metro, distance to base
• Your description should allow the potential home buyer or tenant to mentally walk through your home through your words.
• The most important part of your description is the first 50 words. Highlight any key words in the first few sentences, such as kitchen island, pool, ireplace, etc

Photos:

• The ability to include 40 photos gives you the opportunity to include photos of the home and community
• The most requested photos are the exterior of the home, as well as the kitchen, family room, master bedroom and back yard/patio
• Prepare your rooms to take your photos. Clear any clutter, fluff the pillows and get as much of the room as possible in the photo.
