Our house will be fully furnished with everything that you could need. The primary bedroom is downstairs with a king sized bed, Temper-pedic mattress, complete bedroom suite including large dresser with mirror and 2 drawered night stands. The primary connected bathroom has a separate garden tub and walk-in shower and walk-in closet with additional drawers and shelf closet storage. Both upstairs bedrooms have queen sized beds. One bedroom is located next to the upstairs bathroom and has LVP flooring. The second upstairs bedroom has storage drawers under the bed. The office has an L-shaped desk with printer and a massive dry erase board. There is a large 8 seat formal dining room table. The casual breakfast nook has a 4 chair table with dual French doors that both open to the back patio area which is a beautiful retreat with string lights, partially covered patio, fire pit, and grill. The backyard is fenced and there is an in-wall doggie door. When I say that the house is fully furnished, I mean it will have everything you might need. Bedding, towels, a front load HE washer and dryer; fully appointed kitchen with pots, pans, Tupperware, mixer, toaster, coffee pot, fridge with in door water and ice, and even some spices. There is an exercise area with mats, TV, and fans in the garage and additionally two bicycles, one men's and one women's, for renters use. The fireplace has a blower. The 120 gallon tank was just filled and available for your use, but will not be refilled before May 2025 unless paid for by renters. The rent will include trash pickup, pest control, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, and monthly lawn care. The location is a straight shot down Highway 52 through Goose Creek to the connector in North Charleston. It is 27 miles from MUSC which translates to a 35 minute drive. As an alternative, it is a 15 minute drive to the MUSC Carta shuttle pickup in North Charleston. You can study or relax on the shuttle and not have to sit in downtown traffic or worry about flooding. It is also close to the Naval Weapons Station in Goose Creek. It is a 20 minute drive to the back base gate. Our area has had a boon in development recently and there is everything that you could want nearby. Publix, 3 gas stations, tons of eateries, a dentist, eye exams, even a vet. You will have access to the neighborhood pool. We are on a corner lot. Since we are not on the Charleston peninsula, we are a safe location during hurricane season and are NOT in a flood zone.
