Two Vermont National Guard, aka "Green Mountain Boys", facilities are located at the Burlington International Airport in VT. The 158th Fighter Wing (158 FW), an Air Combat Command gained unit of the VT Air National Guard flying the F-16C Fighting Falcon, and an Army Aviation Support Facility supporting the 1st Battalion, 103d Aviation Regiment and the 86th Medical Company. The 158 FW consists of approximately 1000 ANG personnel, both full-time and part-time Active Guard and Reserve.
