Home is right around the corner from MacDill AFB (less than 1/2 mile to the back gate...a 3 minute commute!! Beware...many ads state they are >20 miles from the base and they truly are not...I suggest you verify the distance with a street address and Google maps/Mapquest as the commute from Brandon and Riverview is anywhere from 30-45 minutes (on a good day) via the toll road costing an additional $7+ a day (total for both directions). Surface streets will bump your commute to 40-60 minutes. Long commute times are the norm as MacDill AFB is situated on a peninsula. The Coast Guard Station Clearwater is an easy 20 minute commute as you will be going against the flow. 10 minute drive to the Westshore Mall and 15 minutes to Tampa Int'l Airport and International Mall.
The fairly new neighborhood is surrounded by similar, beautiful, newer, statuesque homes and is located two blocks away from an elementary school and less than two miles from both middle and High (Robinson/A rated) schools. Great location that is in close proximity to the water, and a 5 minute ride to the trendy SoHo district that has great eateries and a vibrant nightlife.This beauty has formal dining room and family room ceiling fans throughout.
