Experience: After working for Century 21® for years Mike decided to develop a new way to buy and sell real estate. It became clear to him that an intense focus on customer service differentiates agents and best serves clients. This focus on customer service began in 2000 when he moved into the Tampa Bay community from northern New York. At the time, Mike was stationed at MacDill Air Force Base, attended USF College of Engineering and began initial real estate investment. Mike’s clients were largely General and Flag Officers but later he began serving the Department of Defense in a broader capacity as a mechanical engineer and later as a Government program manager. Once formally entering the real estate industry, Mike quickly learned the need to focus on quality of service rather than sales volume. His experience as a sailor, engineer, and program manager prepared Mike to focus on customer needs, analyze data, and negotiate deals to ensure his client’s expectations are exceeded. This innate desire to build a culture of service with likeminded agents led to the creation of Palm Coast Realty.
