Experience: A six year veteran of the United States Army, Zane’s professional background includes six years in outside sales for Georgia Pacific, where he earned Sales Person of the Year honors in 2000. He began his real estate sales career in Colorado Springs in 2001.
In 2008, Zane joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as an Agent and in his first two years with the company, ranked tenth in the company for team sales volume and earned membership into the Coldwell Banker President’s Diamond Society. His team also ranked among the top 2% of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors.
From 2011-2013 Zane was the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Residential in Colorado Springs.
In addition to managing, Zane is owner and team leader of New Homes Colorado Springs, a top producing team of Agents in the Pike’s Peak region that specializes in Buyer and Seller agency representation, resale and new home construction sales, and Land.

Zane Whitfield, as managing broker of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Colorado Springs office, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
The CRS designation is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. Fewer than four percent of all Realtors hold the designation. CRS designees have completed advanced training in residential real estate and have a proven track record of sales transactions required to earn the CRS designation.
