| The term "Under Contract" indicates that the advertiser has a contract on the property but has not sold yet. The term "Lease Pending" indicates that the property owner has a renter, but the details of the lease are not complete. These two categories allow the advertisement to remain on the site in the event the deals falls through. | |

| To add pictures to your advertisment login to your account and open the advertisment in question. Within the ad form, you will see fields for 5-10 pictures depending on the ad package you chose. Click on the Browse button to the right and navigate to the location of the image file on your harddrive and click OK. You will see the path name to your image in the picture field. Click Save at the bottom of the form. Make sure you only try to upload image files such as .jpg or .gif. Pictures within PowerPoint, Word, PDF files are not images and will not upload. | |

| On the submisson form there is a field named "Ad Title". This is an optional field that establishes the non-visible title in the pages Meta-Tags. Our recommendation would be to put your city name in a phrase such as "Tampa, Florida Home" or "Tampa, Florida 4 bedroom home with pool". Three to nine words would be the maximum you would want. | |
