Cape May Coast Guard Training Center is located on the southernmost tip of New Jersey at  Cape May, around a  45 minute drive from Atlantic City which lies to the north.  Inland from Atlantic City are the towns of Egg Harbor and Mays Landing, both less than 50 miles from the Training Center.  The town of Wildwood lies along the coast, just to the north of Cape May at around 8 miles distance and Del Haven, NJ is at the waters edge to the northwest, less than 10 miles away.
